On Accommodation

What time is check-in and check-out?
Check-in is from 03:00 p.m. and check-out is until 10:00 a.m. If you would prefer late check-out, please contact us (chargeable).
When I reserve multiple rooms, can you assign them all nearby?
If you reserve multiple rooms of the same type, you can prepare them nearby.
Depending on the combination of rooms, though, there may be cases where the rooms are away each other.
Is it possible for the minors only to accommodate?
High school students and older are accepted to accommodate.
The minors should have permission from their parents and bring own identification cards that prove your identities such as your student ID and driver's license upon arrival.
We are afraid but we refuse to accept the reservation if you are a junior high school graduate but not entering high school yet. Please make sure of that you will be accompanied by the guardins before reservation.

Are they any smoking-free guest rooms?
All rooms in our hotel are non-smoking.
If you wish to smoke, please use the smoking area on the lobby floor.
Can we bring in outside food and drinks?
We are afraid but we do not accept any outside food and drinks.

On Meals

I have an allergy. Can you cope with it?
We have the seven large allergen table at the buffet restaurant. (Egg, wheat, soba, peanut, milk, shrimp, crab)

*There is a possibility that allergens other than the displayed may be mixed in a very small amount in the cooking process since cooking and cleaning of instruments/equipments are all done in the same kitchen.
Therefore, even if it is not displayed, it does not guarantee that it is completely unused, so please be forewarned.

In the case of a serving of casserole it is possible to cope with it if you consult in advance.
Since it is necessary to confirm the details of your allergy, please contact me if that is the case.

Can I take a bath after check-out and/or before check-in?

Guests who will stay at the hotel can use the pool and the public bath free of charge from noon even before check-in time.
Guests are able to use the room after 02:00 p.m.
